Enhancements go into place on May 31

Service Improvements & Route Adjustments Coming to Metro This Summer

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance Metro’s service, starting May 31, 2026, several Metro fixed routes will see minor schedule and/or route adjustments.   

Scheduling Adjustments 
Scheduled times for Rts. 3X, 4, 6, 10, 11, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 27, 29X, 30, 31, 32, 33, 37, 38, 41, 43, 51, 64, 65, 74X, 75X, 77 & 78 have been slightly modified to better reflect changing real-world traffic conditions, passenger loads, and summer school schedules.

Rt 71X will also add trips to serve Kings Island in the evenings and on weekends. 

Route Adjustments 
Rt 21: Minor route adjustments in Cheviot to improve service.  
Rt 27: Downtown routing has changed due to the continued closure of the Linn Street Bridge. 
Rt 77: Downtown routing has been updated to continue serving areas affected by Rt. 27’s detour.
