Purchasing Metro passes online is a simple process:
1. Choose pass types and quantities (purchase up to three passes in one transaction)
2. Provide billing information
3. Verify order and authorize payment
- We no longer offer pre-ordering cards or passes for shipping at a later date. All transactions are immediate.
- Due to an increase in credit card fraud, we no longer mail passes to an address different than the billing address for the credit card used to pay for the order.
- With the shopping cart system, you are no longer able to order future cards and set up recurring payments.
Use this form to easily submit an online payment. Required fields are noted with an asterisk. After your payment, a receipt will be sent automatically to the specified email address. Your email is used only to provide a record of your payment, unless you agree to accept distribution of the go*INFO monthly newsletter.
Delivery of Online Passes
Your pass will be mailed within 2-4 business days. All orders must be mailed to the billing address of the credit card. SORTA/Metro is not responsible for passes that are lost, stolen or delayed in the mail. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. We no longer offer pre-ordering cards or passes for shipping at a later date. All transactions are immediate.
