Service Improvements And Schedule Adjustments Coming To Metro This Spring
February 27, 2024
Enhancements go into effect March 3rd.
CINCINNATI – As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience, starting March 3, 2024, seven Metro fixed routes will see schedule and run-time adjustments.
Schedule Adjustments
The following routes will have new schedules: Rts. 6, 17, 20, 21, 27, 51, and 64. These routes have had their schedule and run-times modified to better reflect traffic conditions and ridership. Updated schedules can be viewed and downloaded at www.go-metro.com/schedules.
Route Extension: Rt. 36 | Price Hill – Norwood Crosstown
The popular new Rt. 36 will be extended on its western end to serve Mount Saint Joseph University, providing a frequently requested one-seat ride from the college to Uptown, seven days a week.
Government Square Adjustment
Government Square area G is being removed from service to deconflict with streetcar operations. The Rt. 6, previously serviced at Area G will now board at area H. No other routes are affected by this change.
These service adjustments are a part of Metro’s ongoing commitment to better meet the evolving needs of the community and to ensure that service remains as consistent and reliable as possible.
