The new MetroNow! Blue Ash/Montgomery Zone expands Metro’s on-demand transit network, connecting even more neighborhoods throughout northeast Hamilton County. In addition to Blue Ash and Montgomery, the zone also extends into Deer Park, Silverton, Kenwood, and Madeira, making it easier than ever for residents and workers to travel to jobs, shops, schools, and essential services throughout the region.

MetroNow! currently operates in the Springdale/Sharonville, Northgate/Mt. Healthy, and Forest Park/Pleasant Run communities, providing a convenient on-demand transit option similar to popular ride-sharing services. Riders can book trips within designated zones through the MetroNow! app or by calling (513) 551-5555, with each ride costing just $2.50. The service runs Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., giving riders flexible travel options every day of the week.

To celebrate the launch of the new MetroNow! zone, an event was held on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Summit Park. The celebration featured remarks from Metro Board of Trustees Chair Blake Ethridge, Metro CEO and General Manager Andy Aiello, Hamilton County Commission President Denise Driehaus, and Blue Ash Mayor Jill Cole.

This expansion continues Metro’s commitment to improving mobility and connectivity across Hamilton County. The Blue Ash/Montgomery Zone becomes the fourth MetroNow! service area, joining the existing zones in Springdale/Sharonville, Northgate/Mt. Healthy, and Forest Park/Pleasant Run. MetroNow! uses shuttle-style vehicles to provide flexible, on-demand service, offering convenient travel within each zone and seamless connections to Metro’s broader fixed-route network.
