Metro Seeks Rider Feedback on Next Round of Service Enhancements

Metro will host a series of public meetings to gather feedback on proposed service changes that mark the next phase of the Reinventing Metro Plan service improvements. Among the highlights is the introduction of a new Route 10 Woodburn-Erie-Bramble, which would replace a branch of the existing Route 11 Woodburn-Madison. The proposed changes are scheduled to take effect on December 7.
Public meetings will be held:
- October 21 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Downtown Public Library
- October 22 – Virtual meeting
- 10 a.m. | Register
- October 22 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. – Madisonville Public Library
Feedback can also be submitted online or by email at routecomments@go-metro.com. To be included in the final decision-making process, all comments must be received by 11:59 p.m. on October 24, 2025.
Overview of Service Changes

Route 1: Mt. Adams – Walnut Hills
Alignment Change
For all trips, deviate from the intersection of Ida St and Paradrome St to serve the Celestial Loop
Establish new bus stop in the Celestial Loop
Adds ~3m in runtime in both directions
Time could come from existing layover or by slightly decreasing frequency

Route 10: Woodburn – Erie – Bramble
New Route Split from Route 11 Erie Branch
New route uses exact same trips and schedule as the existing Route 11 Erie branch
Existing Route 11 trips serving Evanston Academy would move to new route

Route 11: Woodburn – Madison
Spin Off Existing Erie Branch to New Route
Removal of existing Route 11 Erie branch and Evanston Academy deviation
New Route 11 covers existing Madison, 5/3, and Duck Creek branches
No other alignment changes
No frequency or span changes

Route 24: Northside – Anderson Crosstown
Re-align Route to New Park & Ride Development
Route has been detouring from original end of line due to construction of new residential development on former Anderson Towne Center Park and Ride location
Construction is complete and new development contains park and ride facility and waiting area
Route 24’s eastern end of line will be in this new facility

Route 3X: Symmes – Montgomery Express
Schedule Change
Restore 6:10a OB trip to Symmes Twp
Explore if a ~4:40p OB trip can be added if feasible
+0.75 Daily WD Rev Hrs per additional trip


Routes 30, 75X, and 81 Downtown Commuter/Express Service
