Metro is inviting the public to weigh in on proposed service changes scheduled to take effect Dec. 6, 2026.

The proposed changes include:

• Adding direct midday service from Government Square to the Freestore Foodbank on Rt. 50.
• Extending Rt. 51 to Norwood/Surrey Square in response to rider feedback.
• Revising Rt. 61 service under one of two options: rerouting via Kenwood, Dawson, Miami and Euclid, or ending the route at Kenwood Mall and removing Rt. 61 service in Madeira. The Madeira Park & Ride would still be served by Rt. 2.
• Removing Rt. 10 service to Oakley Transit Center during off-peak hours and weekends. Erie Ave would still be connected to Oakley Transit Center seven days a week via Rt. 37.
• Reducing off-peak P.M. trips on Rts. 20 and 31 due to low ridership.
