Effective Sept. 5, William Spraul will be re-joining Metro as its new Vice President of Operations. In this role, Spraul will be responsible for delivering Metro’s fixed-route, Access Paratransit and MetroNow! on-demand services to ensure operational excellence. This includes oversight of Metro’s operations staff and operators, as well as the Customer Care Center, Safety & Security, Risk and Performance Management departments.
