Metro and Access will operate on a regular weekday schedule on Good Friday, April 18, and a regular Sunday schedule on Easter, April 20. Metro's new contest starts on April 22.

More Western Hills commuters were trading their keys for bus passes this March. Three routes serving Metro’s Glenway Crossing Transit Center and park & ride increased ridership more than 20% in March.

Metro provided 8% more rides on the Rt. 71 Kings Island Express last month compared to last March, despite lingering winter weather.

All Metro 30-day rolling passes and stored-value cards are available 24 hours a day at Metro's new Ticket Vending Machine in Government Square. 

You can also purchase Metro's 30-day pass or stored-value cards ONLINE. 30-day rolling passes are for sale at retail locations. Metro's stored-value cards are for sale at the Metro Sales Office, 120 E. Fourth Street, downtown.

Fare Deal

Effective Jan. 1, 2014, the current Fare Deal card with the magnetic stripe will no longer be accepted by Metro’s fareboxes regardless of the expiration date printed on the swipe card. You must have a valid Fare Deal “tap and show” smart card to ride for a reduced fare. Visit our Fare Deal page for more information.
