Access, Metro’s paratransit service, is currently experiencing technical issues with their phone lines and scheduling system due to a power outage.

Until this issue is resolved, Access customers may make reservations for next day service only. Other trip requests are unable to be made at this time.

Customers may contact dispatch at 513-305-8459 for current trip information. To make a next day reservation please call either of the following numbers: 513-344-1610, 513-305-4578 or 513-319-9051. If you get a voicemail, please leave only one message and it will be returned by end of business.
