CINCINNATI – Cincinnatians have spoken and they plan to do a lot with the money they save by riding Metro!
After receiving nearly 600 contest submissions, Metro officials have selected three finalists who will go into a money machine on the Fountain Square stage for a chance to grab up to $4,500 in cash, provided by Cricket Wireless.
During the event, Metro and Cricket Wireless will be giving out other prizes to attendees on the Square. Hollywood Casino impersonators will add to the festivities.
The contest was designed to remind commuters how much money they can save by riding Metro instead of driving, and it prompted bus riders to describe the many different things they will do with the money saved by riding Metro, including:
No public or Metro funds are being used for the Money Grab.
