Three Government Square Shelters to Close Starting Nov. 10

Metro bus boarding areas A, B and C on Government Square will be closed for streetcar utility-related construction for at least six weeks starting Monday, Nov. 10 at 9 a.m. Government Square’s peripheral boarding areas D, E, F, G and H on Walnut, Fifth and Main will remain open.

Metro buses will be detoured, boarding locations changed

CINCINNATI – Metro bus boarding areas A, B and C on Government Square will be closed for streetcar utility-related construction for at least six weeks starting Monday, Nov. 10 at 9 a.m. Government Square’s peripheral boarding areas D, E, F, G and H on Walnut, Fifth and Main will remain open. Riders will still be able to access Metro’s ticket vending machine and information booth. Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) and Clermont Transit Connection (CTC) buses will not change boarding areas.

The following routes will be unaffected: Rts. 1, 2X, 3X, 4, 6, 14X, 15X, 16, 21, 23X, 25X, 27, 28, 29X, 32, 40X, 42X, 49, 50, 52X, 67, 74X, 77X, 81X, 82X and 90 (Metro*Plus). Some delays are possible as more buses share shelters.
