Metro Increases Downtown Shuttle Service for World Choir Games on Saturday

On Saturday, July 14, Metro will increase its World Choir Games downtown circulator shuttle service due to anticipated high demand for service.

Shuttle Bus SignCINCINNATI – On Saturday, July 14, Metro will increase its World Choir Games downtown circulator shuttle service due to anticipated high demand for service. There will be two shuttle options, both open to the public:

Closing Ceremony Day Shuttle:  From 8:30 a.m.-11 p.m., Metro will operate a Downtown Shuttle (Circulator) every 5-10 minutes to downtown performance locations and the U.S. Bank Arena.

Duke Energy Convention Center to U.S. Bank Arena Direct Shuttle:  In addition to the downtown circulator shuttle, Metro will also operate a shuttle direct from Duke Energy Convention Center to the U.S. Bank Arena. Hours for this additional shuttle are 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.-11 p.m.

Fare:  Fare for both shuttles is $0.50 per ride; it is free for World Choir Games participants with special passes.

Metro has provided more than 32,000 rides to World Choir Games participants since July 4.

 Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing about 17 million rides per year in the Greater Cincinnati area.
