Celebrating 50 Years of Service to Cincinnati & Hamilton County!
Established by Cincinnati voters on Aug. 15, 1973, Metro is celebrating a half-century of fixed-route bus service across the city of Cincinnati and Hamilton County! Throughout the month of August 2023, we'll be celebrating with various events and promotions. We hope you can join us!
50th Birthday Bash on Fountain Square
On August 15th we hosted our 50th Birthday Bash on Fountain Square! This family-friendly celebration featured live music; food trucks; appearances from local celebrities and elected officials; roaming circus performers; lawn games; a community partner and vendor fair; and so much more!
Moving Cincinnati Forward w/ BlaCk OWned
We've teamed up with locally owned apparel merchant BlaCk OWned to create a limited-edition commemorative t-shirt, celebrating both Metro and the diversity of local influencers who have moved our region forward over the last 50 years!
