Coach Operator
Coach operator applicants must be at least 21 yrs. of age, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, strong customer relations work experience such as cashier, waiter/waitress work or related experience.

Pay during training is $10/hr. with approx. 40 - 50 hrs. of work per week. After training pay is $13.00/hr. You must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.Metro offers health insurance 90 days from the date of the trial trip, a free bus pass for the employee and two spouse/dependent passes available for $5 each, retirement plan and assistance with the purchase of Metro uniforms.

Diesel Mechanic
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair different models of transit buses in Metro ’s fleet.

Applicants must be 21 with good work record and able to obtain Class B CDL with passenger endorsements. High school diploma or GED required. Vocational training plus 2 years work experience OR 5 years heavy-duty mechanic work experience with no vocational training also required.

Pay range $22.13 - $22.96 per hour with excellent benefit package.
