May 18 is National Public Transportation Career Day, and Metro is celebrating by highlighting the multitude of exciting career options available in the public transportation industry.

Are you interested in a rewarding career that’s going places?
Metro is looking to hire a diverse group of talented, passionate individuals to fill bus operator positions and other roles in maintenance, operations, planning, human resources and customer service.  

Come explore all of the career options at Metro -- stop by Government Square on May 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and talk with a human resources representative about open positions at Metro and how to take your career on the road.

Can’t make it on May 18? Attend Metro’s next Operator Career Day on Saturday, June 10 at Metro’s Queensgate Garage, 1401 Bank St., to experience a day in route with a bus operator, take the hiring assessment and learn about the many employee benefits at Metro. Plus, candidates who successfully complete the 6-8 week operator training will qualify for a $500 hiring bonus!
