It's just a test...Metro emergency exercise on March 6

Metro will be partnering with the Cincinnati Police SWAT to participate in a multi-jurisdictional full-scale counter-terrorism training exercise funded by the Department of Homeland Security on Friday, March 6 at Union Terminal from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 

CINCINNATI – Metro will be partnering with the Cincinnati Police SWAT to participate in a multi-jurisdictional full-scale counter-terrorism training exercise funded by the Department of Homeland Security on Friday, March 6 at Union Terminal from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

This full-scale security exercise will help ensure that Metro and first responders are prepared in case of an emergency or terrorist threat. Metro regularly serves as an emergency response partner by providing buses for major fires, evacuations or other serious incidents.

Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing about 17 million rides per year.
