Metro’s 30-day rolling passes and 10-ride tickets are now available at the City Treasurer’s Office at City Hall, 801 Plum St., Room 202, downtown.

CINCINNATI – Cincinnati Metro’s 30-day rolling passes and 10-ride tickets are now available at the City Treasurer’s Office at City Hall, 801 Plum St., Room 202, downtown. The new location, open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., provides another convenient option for City employees who ride Metro, as well as the general public.

"Metro is pleased to partner with the City to offer this convenience, especially to employees,” said Metro Ridership Development Manager, Kim Lahman. “We hope to increase awareness about the value of public transit throughout this year.”

This is the fourth downtown location that sells Metro passes. All Metro sales outlets are listed on http://www.go-metro.com/fares-passes/where-to-buy.

“Riding Metro is more convenient than many people realize,” said Larry Falkin, Director of the City’s Office of Environment Equality. “For City employees, getting bus passes is now more convenient, too. Transit saves energy and money, but only for those who use it.”

City employees may use their Transportation Expense Reimbursement Account (TERA) to pay for their passes. Riders interested in TERA should contact their employer.

Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, providing about 17 million rides per year. Metro provides fixed-route and paratransit services in Greater Cincinnati.
