The Everybody Rides Metro foundation will begin the Job Access-Reverse Commute (JARC) two-year pilot project in Spring 2008. Tokens will be available to eligible low-income workers for work-related transportation from the following partner organizations:

- Christ's Community in College Hill
- Cincinnati Works
- Easter Seals
- Epilepsy Foundation
- The First Step Home, Inc.

- IKRON (Integration of Knowledge & Resources for Occupational Needs)
- Jewish Vocational Service
- Lighthouse Youth Services
- Mercy Franciscan St. John Social Service Center
- Mercy Neighborhood Ministries, Inc.
- Our Daily Bread
- Salvation Army
- Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Cincinnati
- Talbert House
- Urban Appalachian Council

How to receive help with job-related transportation:
Program begins this Spring; date to be announced
Call United Way's Helpline at 211 to be referred to a partner organization (eligibility criteria varies by organization)
Family income must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty line
JARC funds can be used for transportation to or from:
- Employment
- Employment interviews
- Day care
- Job-related counseling
- Job related education
- Medical exams for employment
