EASTGATE PARK & RIDE: MORE THAN 6,100 RIDES IN MARCH
CINCINNATI - Metro provided nearly 6,100 rides in March to riders in the Eastgate area on its Rt. 82X Eastgate Express. The route supplied an average of almost 300 rides per day to commuters between the Union Township Civic Center park & ride and downtown Cincinnati.
Riders can park for free at the Union Township Civic Center park & ride, located at 4350 Aicholtz Rd. near the Eastgate Biggs store. The fare is $2.50 one-way, directly to or from downtown Cincinnati. The Rt. 82X is funded by Clermont County. With gas prices high, this route is helping commuters save on their transportation and parking costs.
