Everybody Rides Metro is a charitable foundation that subsidizes Metro bus tokens and passes for low-income individuals to support self-sufficiency.
The foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and is the first foundation of its kind in the country. Donations are tax-deductible.
The Everybody Rides Metro foundation was created by the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority board of trustees and received its 501(c)(3) status in September 2006. The foundation is non-profit organization and is not part of SORTA or Metro.
